Most orders are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours, if order is received Monday - Friday. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays therefore, orders that are placed over the weekend, or on a holiday, will be shipped out the first business day.

For orders shipping within the United States: Please allow 2 - 7 business days for delivery.

For orders being shipped outside the US (International): Please allow 10 - 21 business days on average for delivery.

*Note: Anointed Life, LLC. reserves the right to refuse shipping and/or deny an order on suspect fraudulent International orders.

For orders being shipped to Canada: Please allow 5 - 10 business days for delivery.

What if I want to return an order?

• Call Customer Service, (757) 969-0130 explain the problem and get a Return Authorization.
• Return to: Anointed Life LLC, Attn: Customer Returns; 675-B Town Center Dr.; Newport News, VA 23606.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Are there items that cannot be returned? Yes. Returns are not accepted on the following:

• Custom orders
• Any goods you have washed

If you've ordered an item and you'd like to exchange it for a different size, please contact us via email. What’s next? Once a company representative has provided you with authorization for an exchange, you will be instructed

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the package arrives back at our store, we will ship out the replacement to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
